Oneplan allows you to keep your preferred practitioner as we do not have a defined network of vets, doctors, or private/government hospitals. We do, however, have preferred vets that we work with, and choosing these vets means you do not have to pay a deposit on authorised hospital admissions.

For pet and health claims, simply login to the Oneplan App and load funds to your card and then swipe after your consultation as you would a debit card. The Oneplan Claim Card can be used for all Day-to-Day Health and Pet benefits in your chosen plan.

Life happens. If you lose your Oneplan Claim Card, simply cancel your card in the Oneplan App under My Cards and select the card that matches the last 4 digits of your lost card. To request a new/additional card, simply WhatsApp our team and we will order you a new/additional card. R160 card fee will apply.
